As we step into 2025, I want to share 30 lessons that have shaped my journey—insights God has revealed over time. My hope is that these lessons encourage, inspire, and help you walk with confidence in the direction God is leading you.

Lesson 1: Seek God, Not the Crowd

What works for someone else may not work for you, and that’s okay. Your relationship with God is personal and unique. Too often, we limit Him by expecting Him to reveal Himself in the same way to everyone. But the Bible reminds us in Isaiah 55:8-9:

“For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways,” declares the Lord. “As the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways and my thoughts than your thoughts.”

Don’t feel pressured to follow the crowd. If others are constantly chasing after things, running in circles, or making decisions in fear, that doesn’t mean God is calling you to do the same. You’re not missing out by choosing to rest in Him. Desperation often leads to disaster, but staying with God leads to peace and purpose.

If you find yourself rushed, confused, or lacking peace in your business, relationships, or any major decision, pause and seek God’s guidance. Confusion, chaos, and doubt are not from Him (1 Corinthians 14:33). Instead, wait on Him until He gives you clarity. His peace is your confirmation.

Practical Steps:

1️⃣ Pause Before Big Decisions – Don’t rush. Pray and wait for God’s peace.

2️⃣ Don’t Compare Your Walk with Others – What God is doing in your life is unique.

3️⃣ Seek God’s Will Daily – Spend time in prayer and the Word before making moves.

4️⃣ Let Go of the Fear of Missing Out – You are exactly where God needs you to be.

5️⃣ Trust His Timing – Even when it doesn’t make sense, He is leading you.

Remember: Don’t be afraid to stand still while the world moves. God’s plan for you is worth the wait. Trust His timing—it’s always perfect.
